Since its founding, the company has steadily grown into a full-service plumbing and mechanical contractor serving Vancouver, Richmond, and the Greater Lower Mainland. To support continued growth and operational efficiency, the company is structured into multiple specialized departments, each with clearly defined responsibilities.

The Construction Department undertakes a broad range of projects, including townhouse developments, custom residential homes, and commercial buildings. Our projects are primarily located throughout the Greater Vancouver area and the Lower Mainland.
Today, Lucky58 Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Inc. is supported by a team of approximately 50 skilled professionals and operates a fleet of fully equipped service vehicles, allowing us to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standard.
Over the years, we have remained committed to professionalism, accountability, and long-term partnerships with builders and developers.
